Le **restaurant Eggli Appenzell** recherche pour renforcer son équipe de cuisine un sous-chef engagé, un cuisinier / une cuisinière ou un commis de cuisine.
**Entrée en fonction :** À partir de l'automne 2026 ou selon accord, au plus tard le 1er avril 2027

**Vos tâches**

* Préparation quotidienne du mise en place et préparation de l'offre
*
* Participation créative à l'élaboration de l'offre
*
* Préparation professionnelle des plats
*
* Coordination et collaboration harmonieuse au sein de l'équipe de cuisine
*
* Respect des règles d'hygiène et contrôle qualité continu des produits proposés
*
**Ce que vous apportez**

* Formation achevée de cuisinier / cuisinière CFC ou expérience équivalente
*
* Passion pour une cuisine fraîche, régionale et de qualité
*
* Esprit d'équipe, fiabilité et plaisir au travail
*
* Manière de travailler autonome et propre
*
* Pour le poste de sous-chef, compétences en leadership et sens de l'organisation

* Moyen de transport pour le trajet domicile-travail
