You will perform and advise on work in any of the phases or systems of budget administration.

You will analyze and recommend costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of organization’s programs and administrative operations.

You will implement legal and regulatory controls over approved budgets.

You will assign work to subordinates based on employee’s capabilities, priorities and difficulty.

I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: 1) Advising staff on application of funding policy and regulatory requirements; 2) Knowledge of Working Capital Funds; 3) Ensuring compliance with budgetary/financial/pricing policies and procedures as they relate to Performance Based Logistics (PBLs) and Logistics Engineering Change Proposals (LECPs) requirements; 4)Reviewing and monitoring Audit Corrective Action Plan(CAP); 5) work to resolve audit issues to ensure Audit compliance.
