Start your journey with BCD: Grow, connect, collaborate and celebrate with our global team Finance Manager, Global Pricing (Remote) Full time, United States or Canada In this role, you will prepare strategic pricing proposals for national, regional, and multinational new business tenders and focus on the retention/expansion efforts of the existing client base. As a Finance Manager, Global Pricing, you will
Support new business development efforts, including building and editing financial pricing models for prospective clients
Support existing client retention and expansion efforts, including upholding pricing policies and procedures to ensure financial proposals are accurate, profitable, and designed in conjunction with overall company objectives
Provide financial review and profitability analysis for distribution to senior executives
Calculate and track sales quota and commission plan performance for sales team
Align across functional units to create winning pricing strategies and proposals
Develop creative and cost effective plans to meet client objectives
About you
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Extensive accounting or finance experience
Proficiency in accounting software, Spreadsheets, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Capable of working in a team environment as a role model, supporting management and staff, following policies, providing feedback, and assisting in special projects
Demonstrated ability to work with diverse, remotely-located, and cross-functional teams
Effective time management skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Experience in a corporate business setting in an analytical function
Strong problem-solving abilities - anticipating and resolving issues
Learning agility, and clear, persuasive communication with cross-functional partners
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
