Budget Analyst

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a Budget Analyst, you will use your knowledge and experience to optimize business results and customer experience by: - Developing procedures and methods to budget for long-range funding and to meet changing program needs. - Conducting analyses of program(s) to evaluate effectiveness and/or develop recommendations to problem areas. - Providing guidance to customers, senior managers and/or external organizations related to budgetary proposals and/or findings

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Minimum Qualifications: You must have one year of specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position.

To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following: Planning and/or conducting analyses of budgetary proposals; Conducting analyses of program(s) to evaluate effectiveness and/or develop recommendations to problem areas; and Providing guidance to customers, senior managers and/or external organizations related to budgetary proposals and/or findings Documenting experience: IN DESCRIBING YOUR EXPERIENCE, PLEASE BE CLEAR AND SPECIFIC.
