Stellenprofil
Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Master oder höher) in Finanzen, Banking oder Volkswirtschaft
Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Corporate Finance, M&A, Investment Banking, Financial Analysis, Valuation oder Financial Due Diligence
Nachweisbare Erfahrung bei der Begleitung von M&A-Transaktionen
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Financial Modelling und Unternehmensbewertung
Kenntnisse des Schweizer Finanz- und Regulierungsumfelds sind von Vorteil
Deutsch auf Niveau C1 sowie Englisch auf Niveau B2; Spanisch und Russisch auf Niveau B2 sind von Vorteil
Führerausweis Kategorie B
Bereitschaft zu regelmässigen Geschäftsreisen im In- und Ausland
Analytische, strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Kundenorientierung sowie einwandfreiem beruflichem Leumund
