SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

You will analyze costs and recommend alternative methods of financial management of CNATRA programs and administrative operations.

You will provide advice on effective and efficient methods for the acquisition and use of funds to support CNATRA programs and activities.

You will plan and direct budget formulation and budget execution functions, procedures, and tasks for all programs and activities.

You will review and evaluate budget requests, control and reporting of obligations and expenditures.

You will provide management officials with advice and assistance related to the impact of financial transactions on program operations.

You will execute modification to financial systems to assess, investigate or analyze unusual problems or conditions.

You will review active documents on daily basis to reconcile systems. Run daily, weekly and monthly reports for execution oversight.

You will evaluate supporting managerial accounting, budget execution, and financial management reports to verify timeliness, accuracy, and validity.

You will identify and arrange for the developmental needs of employees.

You will provide guidance and training to ensure satisfactory budget related functions are performed.

You will perform or advice on work in any of the phases or systems of budget administration.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: resolving critical problems and developing new theories concerning budget, accounting, or financial management programs.
