You will implement legal and regulatory controls over approved budgets.

You will provide advice on effective and efficient methods for the acquisition and use of funds to support the organization’s programs and activities.

You will utilize systems such as Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP).

You will perform a variety of fiscal, accounting, and financial management duties with Fiduciary responsibility.

GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1).

Utilizing an in-depth working knowledge of Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) or a similar ERP program tool to input and extract financial data for budget planning, formulation, and execution. 2). Executing funds in accordance with all fiscal laws and regulations. 3).

Applying complex financial laws and regulations to provide advice on the sources and uses of funds. 4). Analyzing and interpreting financial data to develop recommendations for correcting gaps and conflicts. 5). Reviewing reports, documentation, records, and data to monitor and control obligations and expenditures. 6).

Ensuring funds are being executed properly through all stages of encumbrance. 7). Evaluating changes in plans and proposing a new course of action to mitigate deviation from the plan. 8). Communicating, orally and in writing, to resolve team conflict in a positive manner, while maintaining or increasing team morale 9).
