**Reduced Risk Products Finance Manager**

**Why does this role exist?**

Join our Global Financial Performance team and help shape the future growth of Reduced Risk Products (RRP). In this role, you will provide financial expertise to support strategic and commercial decisions, drive value creation, deliver business insights, and contribute to planning, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives across a global environment.

**What will you actually do?**

In this role, you will

• Partner with commercial teams and provide financial guidance for strategic business decisions
• Develop financial scenarios to support decision-making in a changing competitive environment
• Evaluate investment opportunities and contribute financial expertise to business cases
• Coordinate planning activities and support regional, market, and global stakeholders throughout planning cycles
• Consolidate and analyse business plans and financial submissions
• Monitor profitability and support performance management across markets
• Deliver financial insights and prepare presentations for management audiences
• Analyse actual performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations
• Monitor inventory-related risks and support financial reporting activities
• Drive process improvements and participate in automation and Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives

**Who are we looking for?**

• University degree in Finance or a related discipline and/or a professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or CIMA
• Solid financial management experience with a proven track record of commercial engagement and business results
• Cross-functional experience, ideally gained within an international business environment
• Exposure to market, corporate, or business development processes within the tobacco or FMCG industry is beneficial
• Fluency in English
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong analytical thinking combined with a commercial and insight-driven mindset
• Excellent communication skills with high agility and flexibility
• Ability to collaborate effectively with different departments and stakeholders across management levels
