About the Team

Our FP&A team drives some of Aurora's most important work — the budgeting, forecasting, and financial analyses that shape the financial future and strategic direction of the business. We're a small, high-performing team that owns the company's annual and quarterly financial planning cycles end-to-end, partners with leaders across the company, and pushes past reporting the numbers to actually driving action from them. Your Impact

Partner with and support strategic discussions with cross-functional stakeholders – help influence effective decision-making by providing valuable insights and building trust

Own end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes (e.g., budgeting/forecasting, Board reporting, BvA’s) for your areas of focus

Own the administration and continued evolution of Pigment, our financial planning platform – from data model design and system integrations to building new forecast models and streamlining the ones already in place

Collaborate with Finance peers to track performance metrics and KPIs to monitor business results and to drive stakeholder engagement and accountability

Simplify, streamline, and automate FP&A processes, as well as make full use of forecasting and financial system capabilities that will allow us to continue to scale rapidly and globally

Highlight strategic opportunities to improve the way we operate, increase revenue, or decrease costs

What You Bring

Strong financial modeling – experience building and maintaining driver-based models

Experience owning a financial planning tool
