What’s the role?

We’re looking for an experienced Workplace Experience Facilities Manager (WEFM) to lead the delivery of a safe, efficient and high-quality workplace environment. This role combines facilities management with workplace experience, ensuring workplaces support employee productivity, wellbeing and organisational goals.

Key responsibilities

Deliver a high-quality workplace experience aligned with organisational culture and business goals.

Manage day-to-day facilities operations including maintenance, cleaning, security and front-of-house services.

Manage vendors and contracts, ensuring strong performance, compliance and value.

Ensure health, safety and regulatory compliance across workplace facilities.

Drive sustainability, resource efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.

About you

Experience in facilities management, workplace experience or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of workplace operations, health and safety and compliance requirements.

Proven experience managing vendors, contractors and service contracts.

Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.

A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver a high-quality workplace experience.
