Role Responsibilities

Data-driven Product and Service Improvement

Develop data-driven analyses to surfacenew opportunities to differentiate and

improve products and user experiences, ensuringconsistency across digital

products, services, and channels.

Digital Strategy/Transformational Projects Execution

Manage and deliver end-to-end digital programsand initiatives, leveraging agile

and design-thinking principles to drive sustainableimplementation.

Digital Talent Development

Develop digital training and developmentprograms to meet identified needs;run

leadership development programs to enablepersonal transformations on digital.

Digital Vision and Strategy

Conceptualize elements of digitalstrategy/digital-enabled business change

projects. Develop approaches to programmaticallydeliver successful digital

innovation engagements.

Project Management

Manage a portfolio of projectswhile reporting to senior colleagues.

Quality

Develop new methods, tools and programsfor quality assurance. Lead

developmental initiatives or programs withinan area of expertise.

Budgeting

Contribute to the developmentof budget plans and/or deliver budgetplans with

guidance from senior teammates.

Information Security

Lead in detecting and analyzing cybersecurityincidents including attacks,

breaches, and identified vulnerabilitiesand remediate any security gaps in line

with the security incident managementprocedure.

Leadership and Direction

Communicate the actions needed toimplement the function's strategyand

business plan within the team;explain the relationship to thebroader

organization's mission, vision and values;motivate people to commit tothese

and to doing extraordinary things toachieve local business goals.

Organizational Capability Building

Use the organization's formal developmentframework to identify the team's

individual development needs. Plan andimplement actions, including continuing

professional development specified by professionalor regulatory institutions, to

build their professional capabilities.Provide informal training or coachingto

others throughout the organizationin own area of expertise to enableothers to

improve performance and fulfill personalpotential.

Performance Management

Manage and report on the performanceof a substantial, diverse team;set
