Engineering manager

At Mindera , we craft software with people we love. We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager / Technical Lead to join our team and lead our talented engineers. As an Engineering Manager at Mindera , you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our engineering team, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions for our clients.

You will play a key role in driving the growth and development of our team members, providing mentorship and guidance to help them reach their full potential. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and design, to define project goals, requirements, and timelines.

As an Engineering Manager at Mindera , you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging and innovative projects, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and methodologies. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering processes and practices, driving excellence and efficiency across the team. The role will lead a team of engineers including test engineers. The role is expected to be technically competent in supporting the team.

Key Qualifications

Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Engineering Manager or similar leadership role within the software development industry.

Strong technical background, with expertise in software engineering and development methodologies.

Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Strong Java/Javascript knowledge

Strong knowledge of working distributed systems using technology like graphQL

Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (Ideally Azure)

Working with Salesforce knowledge would be a bonus.

Experience working in an Agile development environment.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Passionate about technology and continuous learning.
