You will assess and analyze dietary practices, body composition, and energy intake and expenditures of Marine athletes in the context of operational performance and health.

You will develop and deliver nutrition education related to supplementation that complies with the Department of Defense (DoD) dietary supplement program.

You will develop and deliver nutrition education presentations, demonstrations, or events on topics related to nutrition for performance.

You will implement standardized nutrition education with a focus on optimal nutrition recovery from illness or injury and ensure Semper Fit protocols are followed.

You will create performance-based digital and educational content such as articles, social media messages, and webinars, and partner with marketing teams to develop resources for public distribution aboard the installation.

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Conducting dietary assessments and implementing evidence-based nutritional protocols to develop programs that optimize physical readiness and human performance.
