JUNIOR DEVOPS

This is a remote position.

The Junior DevOps Engineer will assist in building, deploying, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, supporting cloud infrastructure, and ensuring smooth software delivery processes. This role is ideal for early-career professionals interested in automation, cloud technologies, and modern software delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for application deployment.

Support infrastructure provisioning and environment setup.

Monitor application and infrastructure performance.

Assist in automating repetitive deployment and operational tasks.

Support cloud resource configuration and management.

Troubleshoot basic deployment and environment issues.

Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure smooth releases.

Document DevOps processes, workflows, and configurations.

Assist in maintaining system reliability and uptime.

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience (internships, academic projects, or bootcamps included).

Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Technical Skills

Cloud basics: Amazon Web Services / Azure / GCP

Version control: Git / GitHub / GitLab

CI/CD basics: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI (intro level)

Basic scripting: Python or Bash (preferred)

Linux fundamentals (command line usage)

Container basics: Docker (awareness or introductory experience)
