You will provide Cyber related subject matter expertise to encompass all areas of cyber to include policy and security engineering.

You will advise Leadership on Cyber technical implementation and policy.

You will lead the workforce in implementation of Cyber strategic efforts.

You will monitor industry for innovations in cyber security directions and market trends and applies these to Aircraft, Weapons, RDT and E, and DBS Systems.

You will plan work and prepare performance plans covering work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short-term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work.

You will assign work to subordinates based on priorities, consideration of the difficulty and requirements of assignments, and the capabilities of employees and evaluates work performance of subordinates and recommends official performance ratings.

You will give advice, counsel, or instruction to employees on both work and administrative matters.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the grade level (GS-09-12) or pay band NM-03 in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional SUPERVISORY GENERAL ENGINEER/ COMPUTER SCIENTIST/ DATA SCIENTIST/IT SPECIALIST performing duties such as: 1) Leadership experience whether professionally, outside of work, or JLDP/NLDP graduate as we plan to grow people in this area; 2) Technical proficiency in a field (does not have to be cyber) as long as the expertise shows the ability to gain knowledge and grow in the area of cyber; 4) Experience supporting a PMA, Laboratory or Datacenter in the area of engineering (any engineering field) OR the cyber field OR experience in test and evaluation as a flight test engineer or cyber tester.
