QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Basic Requirements: Bachelor's Degree: Mathematics, statistics, computer science, data science, or field directly related to the position; OR Combination of education and experience: Courses equivalent to a major field of study (30 semester hours) as shown in paragraph A above, plus additional education or appropriate experience.
This is a DoD Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project (AcqDemo) position in the NH-04 broadband with an advertised pay range from the lowest equivalent GS-14 grade Step 1 to the highest equivalent GS-14 grade Step 10 in the broadband.
This position is covered by control points to account for variances in position responsibilities within the broadband. The Control Point for this position NH-04 DATA SCIENTIST is $143,913 to $187,093 including locality at the rate of 33.94%.
Management will set the selectee's pay for this position within the control point salary range consistent with the qualifications and education of the selectee and the expected contribution for the position.
