Corporate Quality Management is advancing the use of data and artificial intelligence to improve Quality processes, knowledge accessibility and operational effectiveness. The role contributes to the further development, deployment and continuous improvement of AI-supported Quality use cases, with an initial focus on chatbot-based Quality Management training, AI support for Quality Gates and the global implementation of 8D-AI.

The position works in an international and multidisciplinary environment, collaborating with business groups, locations and Quality stakeholders. The purpose of the role is to convert validated concepts and internship deliverables into sustainable, user-oriented solutions with broader adoption, reliable content and measurable value for the Quality community. The role is designed as a junior professional position with progressively increasing ownership of defined work packages.

AI solutions for Quality Management

Develop, improve, test and maintain AI-based solutions supporting Corporate Quality activities.

Translate defined business and user requirements into practical solution enhancements.

Document solution logic, use cases, testing results and improvement needs.

Education

Master’s degree in Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering or a comparable field with a focus on data science and artificial intelligence.

Technical and analytical skills

Good foundation in data analysis and artificial intelligence, including practical experience with tools such as Power BI and Python.

Experience working with large datasets and strong attention to data quality and detail.

Ability to structure requirements, test digital solutions and document results clearly.

Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio or comparable AI-development environments is an advantage, not mandatory unless confirmed.

Soft skills

Analytical mindset, critical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented working style.

Proactive approach, curiosity and willingness to learn and grow in data analytics and emerging technologies.

Effective communication in international and multidisciplinary environments.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with increasing ownership of defined topics.
