Candidates are encouraged to read the entire announcement before submitting their application packages. Develop a computer vision pipeline to analyze whole-body MRI scans for the early detection of pediatric Spondyloarthritis (SpA).

Build and evaluate deep learning models to automatically identify and measure signs of inflammation in the sacroiliac joints. Prepare, process, and analyze MRI images, including image segmentation and feature extraction, to support model development.

Validate the approach and contribute to creating a standardized, automated tool to improve SpA research and diagnostic accuracy.
