What You’ll Do Be the friendly first point of contact for customers by phone, email, and chat

Collaborate with drivers, sales reps, warehouse staff, and office teammates to get

the job done right Help new customers get set up and comfortable with our services

Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with a problem-solving mindset

Stay up to date on our products and share your knowledge

What We’re Looking For · Strong communication and people skills Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with Windows, Excel, and PDF tools (and quick to learn new software)

Detail-oriented, independent, and able to keep calm under pressure—bonus points for a great sense of humor
