Job Description
Ivy Rehab is growing. We are a brand dedicated to high-energy care and life-changing results. We are looking for a Creative Director who is a rare hybrid: a high-level brand strategist who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty in the craft.
Your primary mission? Lead the visual and verbal evolution of Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy and Ivy Rehab for Kids. You will be the architect of our brand identity, owning everything from the "big idea" to the daily execution of video, design, and copy across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Evolution & Rebrand Leadership
Architect the Rebrand: Lead the strategic direction of the Ivy Rehab identity, ensuring it reflects our energized and modern culture.
Guard the Brand: Develop and enforce comprehensive brand guidelines that ensure consistency across 700+ locations.
Visionary Strategy: Translate business goals into compelling creative strategies that resonate with both patients and referral partners.
Content Management
Omnichannel Execution: Lead the development of all creative assets, including digital advertising, social media content, website UI/UX, and physical clinic collateral.
Multi-Disciplinary Oversight
Design: Maintain a high bar for visual excellence and modern aesthetics.
Copy: Ensure our brand voice is consistent, empathetic, yet high-energy.
Video/Motion: Oversee video production from concept to final cut
Team Leadership & Operations
Mentor & Inspire: Manage a internal creative team and a network of external agencies/freelancers.
Workflow Optimization: Implement processes that allow the team to move fast without breaking the brand.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Operations and Clinical teams to ensure creative supports bottom-line business results.
Who You Are
You have experience leading brands through transformation. You know how to make a brand feel fresh, modern, and exciting.
You can lead a meeting at 10:00 AM and jump into Figma or a script edit at 2:00 PM if needed.
You thrive in a "dynamic" environment and enjoy the pace of a high-growth company.
You understand that healthcare is personal. You know how to tell stories that build trust and motivate action.
Qualifications
10+ years in creative roles, with at least 3+ years in a leadership position (CD or ACD).
A proven track record of successful brand identity launches and multi-channel campaigns.
Deep understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and modern video production workflows.
Experience in healthcare, wellness, or retail/multi-site brands is a significant plus.
