As Project Enablement Manager within the RSS Project Management organization, you report to the Chapter Lead for Project Enablement and deliver evolving, tailored, best-in-class project management services to Roche partners across diverse projects, customers, scopes, and engagement durations.
The Opportunity
Orchestrate implementation activities for the assigned scope of work, supporting the design and conceptualization of the project/program implementation strategy, roadmap, and methodology.
Engage and communicate effectively with relevant customers and stakeholders, collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure implementation goals and strategies are effective and reach the target audience.
Coordinate planning of implementation waves and work packages, facilitate relevant workshops, and ensure workstream tasks are delivered in accordance with the deployment methodology.
Monitor milestones, deliverables, project documentation, and outputs against the project charter to ensure timely, high-quality delivery, while adhering to internal RSS or program-specific methodologies, governance, cost, and service-level parameters.
Ensure all go/no-go criteria are met and approved by relevant stakeholders, and manage the appropriate transition of deliverables to the support organization.
Within Learning & Skills Development, apply project management principles, processes, and tools to deliver training programs/projects on time, on target, and within budget; prepare and update plans, schedules, agendas, and reports; track risks/issues/actions; coordinate resources and meetings with agile practices; and develop structured templates, documentation, and processes to enable team performance and business continuity.
Who you are
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Economics with 5+ years of project-related work experience, including proven experience in Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid setups; background in corporate learning or commercial training programs, Pharma industry or consulting experience, and Organizational Change Management expertise are pluses.
One or more areas of business functional expertise (e.g., Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D) and proficiency with tools such as Google Suite, video conferencing platforms, Visio, MS Project, Smartsheet, Trello, or similar.
Strong project delivery capabilities, with demonstrated ability to execute, coordinate and integrate multiple streams of information and activities at various scales, while maintaining service orientation to shape high-quality, reliable project delivery.
Excellent communication skills, including influencing, negotiating and effective global collaboration, with strong organizational/time-management skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
Self-driven, flexible, adaptable and resilient professional with a growth mindset, passionate about service design and delivery, impact-driven and eager to take smart risks, able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with creative problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
