Chef de partie en pâtisserie (F/M).
Votre mission comprendra
Réaliser et cuire des préparations sous le contrôle des responsables
Faire la mise en place
Ranger la marchandise
Maîtriser et appliquer les règles d'hygiène (HACCP)
Appliquer les standards et les procédures de l'hôtel
S’assurer du bon fonctionnement du matériel mis à sa disposition
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
Diplôme professionnel (CAP/CFC de pâtisserie)
Expérience dans un poste similaire dans un établissement du même niveau
Maîtrise orale du français
Personne dynamique ayant un esprit d’équipe
Flexibilité et adaptabilité
Sens des responsabilités
Rapidité d’apprentissage.
