Votre mission
\- Réception et rangement des marchandises ;
\- Désinfection des fruits \& légumes ;
\- Réalisation des découpes des poissons ;
\- Préparations des riz, soupes, salades, makis, sushis et autres ;
\- Préparation \& réalisations des commandes en tenant compte des délais de livraison ;
\- Tenir une traçabilité
\- Respect des normes d’hygiène (HACCP)
\- Suivi des stocks, inventaires et commandes
Profils recherchés
Motivé / Sérieux / Expérience de commis / Nationalité Suisse ou étrangère avec permis de travail valable ou passeport Européen
Date d'entrée: dès que possible

\- Disinfection of fruits \& and vegetables ;
\- Fish cutting
\- Preparation of rice, soups, salads, makis, sushis and more ;
\- Preparation and making of the orders, considering the delivery schedule ;
\- Follow up of traceability
\- Respect of hygiene rules (HACCP)
\- Follow up of stock, inventories and orders
Profiles required
Motivated / Serious / Experience of commis / Swiss or foreign nationality with valid work permit or European passport
Start date : as soon as possible
