**Cuisinier à 100% véhiculé**
\-Diplôme en cuisine (AFP /CAP, CFC ou équivalent)
\-Minimum 5 ans d?expérience en restauration -traditionnelle ou gastronomique
\-Bonne maîtrise des techniques culinaires
\-Rigoureux, organisé, esprit d?équipe
\-Créatif, avec une réelle passion pour le métier -Assurer la production culinaire sur votre poste (chaud, froid, garniture, etc.)
\-Veiller au respect des normes d?hygiène et de sécurité (HACCP)
\-Participer à l?élaboration des cartes et menus
\-Gérer les stocks et les commandes de votre poste
\-Encadrer les commis et apprentis si nécessaire
\-Garantir la régularité et la qualité des préparations
