* expérience en établissement gastronomique ou Traiteur
* s'adapte facilement et rapidement à l'équipe en place
* Sens aigu de l'organisation et du travail en équipe
* passionné, curieux et grand sens du détail
* Vous disposez au minimum d'un CFC cuisine et de plusieurs années d'expériences
* Etre autonome sur son poste de travail (chaud /froid)
* Apte à travailler pour des clients de renom
* Respect des standards et des fiches techniques
* Application rigoureuse des normes HACCP
* Contribution à la dynamique créative de l'établissement
