## **Deine Aufgaben** ##
Im Küchenalltag trägst du den Posten aktiv mit und übernimmst dabei folgende Aufgaben:
* Sicherung der konstant hohen Qualität und des hervorragenden Geschmacks der Speisen
* Aktive Unterstützung bei der Führung eines Küchenpostens in den Bereichen Saucier, Entremetier, Gardemanger und Bankett
* Förderung und Unterstützung der Lernenden zur fachlichen und beruflichen Entwicklung
* Verantwortung für die konsequente Einhaltung des Hygienekonzeptes
## **Dein Profil** ##
Für diese Funktion bringst du fachliche Erfahrung, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und folgende Voraussetzungen mit:
* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch oder Köchin
* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in erstklassigen Restaurants oder Hotels
* Selbstständige, strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise
* Flexibilität, Innovationsfreude und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
