### Responsibilities ###

* Design and specify instrumentation and field devices for process, utility, and infrastructure systems in compliance with GMP and industry standards

* Select and define measurement technologies including pressure, temperature, flow, level, analytical instruments, and control valves

* Prepare and maintain instrumentation documentation, including data sheets, loop diagrams, instrument indexes, and calibration records

* Manage and maintain instrumentation engineering data within COMOS

* Support the integration of field devices into DCS, PLC, SIS, and process control systems

* Coordinate and oversee installation activities while ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality requirements

* Plan, execute, document, and troubleshoot loop checks, functional testing, and commissioning activities

* Support startup, qualification, and handover of new and modified systems

* Execute GMP qualification activities, including IQ/OQ documentation and testing using UBIK and Kneat

* Investigate technical issues, perform root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions

### Profile ###

* Degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical discipline

* Experience in instrumentation engineering within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, or other regulated manufacturing environments

* Strong knowledge of instrumentation design, field devices, calibration principles, and process measurement technologies

* Experience with engineering documentation and data management in COMOS

* Knowledge of process control systems and field device integration

* Experience with commissioning, loop testing, and startup support activities

* Familiarity with GMP environments and GxP documentation requirements

* Experience with qualification tools such as UBIK and Kneat is advantageous

* Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills

* English and/or German proficiency
