Controller

This is a remote position. Our client is seeking an experienced Interim Controller to lead a critical legal entity rationalization initiative. This is a full-time, 6+ month consulting engagement that is fully remote .

Requirements Controller or senior accounting leadership experience Strong background in intercompany accounting, consolidations, and month-end close Experience with GL clean-up, retained earnings adjustments, and complex journal entries Ability to partner with external advisors on transfer pricing and tax-related initiatives (no tax preparation required) Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal direction Preferred Requirements: Sage Intacct experience Experience supporting transfer pricing initiatives and coordinating with external tax advisors CPA preferred Experience standardizing accounting processes across multiple legal entities Benefits CCN offers competitive pay along with a comprehensive benefits package for eligible consultants. 100% of premiums paid for Medical, Dental, and Vision for employee consultants working over 30 hours/week 401k with 5% immediate vesting employer match Health Savings Account with employer contribution Originally posted on Himalayas
