## Job Description ##
* Erstellung und Analyse von Finanzberichten und Management-Reports zur Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung.
* Verantwortung für die Budgetplanung und -kontrolle sowie die Erstellung von Forecasts.
* Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Controlling- und Reporting-Prozesse.
* Durchführung von Abweichungsanalysen und Erarbeitung von Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der finanziellen Performance.
* Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen und Audits.
* Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, um finanzielle Transparenz sicherzustellen.
* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von ERP-Systemen im Bereich Finanz- und Rechnungswesen.
* Unterstützung bei strategischen Projekten und Sonderanalysen.
## The Successful Applicant ##
* Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen oder vergleichbar.
* Fundierte Kenntnisse im Controlling, bevorzugt im Bereich INDUSTRIE / FERTIGUNG.
* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von ERP-Systemen und MS Excel.
* Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
* Eine analytische Denkweise und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
