### Aufgaben ###
* Erstellung und Überwachung von Budgets, Forecasts sowie Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach IFRS
* Analyse von Geschäftszahlen und Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen
* Erstellung von Management Reports sowie KPI-Dashboards
* Durchführung von Ad-hoc-Analysen und Szenariorechnungen
* Sparringspartner für Fachbereiche wie Management, HR, Legal und M&A
* Unterstützung bei Investitionsentscheidungen und Business Cases
* Optimierung von Finanzprozessen und internen Kontrollen
* Mitwirkung bei Audits, Due-Diligence-Prozessen und Post-Merger-Integrationen neuer Gesellschaften
### Profil ###
* Abgeschlossenes Studium in Finance, Controlling, Accounting oder Betriebswirtschaft bzw. vergleichbare Weiterbildung
* Fundierte Erfahrung im Controlling oder Group Finance Umfeld und gute Kenntnisse in IFRS
* Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit Reporting-Tools
* Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
* Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
* Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
* Hohe Eigeninitiative und ein Hands-on-Mindset
