AUFGABEN

Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung des monatlichen Management-Reportings

Durchführung von Soll-/Ist-Vergleichen, Abweichungsanalysen sowie Forecasts

Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Auswertungen, Kennzahlen und Statistiken für das laufende Reporting, Quartalsabschlüsse und Budgetprozesse

Unterstützung bei der Budgetplanung sowie bei Jahresabschlussarbeiten

Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung interner Kontroll- und Controllingprozesse

Pflege und Verwaltung von Stammdaten im ERP-System

Mitarbeit in Projekten zur Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Controllingprozessen

Ansprechperson für betriebswirtschaftliche Fragestellungen innerhalb des Unternehmens

PROFIL

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen oder Controlling (HF, FH oder Universität)

Erste Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise in einem operativen oder dienstleistungsorientierten Umfeld

Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis sowie analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten

Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Excel sowie Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP) sind wünschenswert

Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Teamorientierte, kommunikative und engagierte Persönlichkeit mit einer lösungsorientierten Denkweise
