Aufgaben

verantwortlich für die Abschlüsse der Gruppengesellschaften
interne Audits durchführen
gruppenweite Adhoc-Analysen
externe Revisionsgesellschaften begleiten
steuerliche Dokumente und Transaktionen erstellen und überwachen
Stv. Leiter Finanzen (Abschlüsse und div. Buchhaltungsaufgaben)
Verwaltungsratssitzungen protokollieren sowie vorbereiten

Anforderungen

mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Controlling und in der Buchhaltung
Weiterbildung im Finanzbereicht
internationale Erfahrung
sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
flexibel, Reisebereitschaft von 10%
