Working across Marketing, Music, Social & Content, Creative Production and global partners, the role will translate campaign objectives into compelling content ecosystems that resonate with Korean audiences while supporting Spotify's broader business goals.

This role is ideal for someone who is equally passionate about creative strategy, social culture, and content development—and enjoys turning ideas into repeatable formats that can scale across campaigns.

Please note this fixed-term role is employed through a third party.

What You'll Do

Develop content strategies and creative frameworks that support Spotify's K-Music marketing campaigns across owned and earned channels

Create scalable content formats and social-first concepts that can be adapted across multiple artists, campaigns and cultural moments

Partner closely with Marketing Managers to translate campaign objectives into engaging content plans

Collaborate with Producers and external production partners to ensure creative ideas are executed effectively

Work cross-functionally with Korea Music, Social & Content, Creative Production and global marketing teams to develop culturally relevant storytelling

Identify emerging content trends, platform behaviors and fan culture across K-Music, proactively bringing new creative opportunities into Spotify's content strategy

Help build repeatable content playbooks and best practices that strengthen Spotify's long-term content ecosystem

Contribute to both on-platform and off-platform content experiences that deepen fan engagement and strengthen Spotify's cultural relevance

Who You Are

5–7 years of experience in content strategy, creative strategy, social media, branded content, entertainment marketing, or a related field

Proven experience developing content ideas, formats or creative concepts that drive audience engagement

Deep understanding of social platforms, creator culture, and how audiences consume content across different channels

Able to think beyond individual campaigns and develop scalable content systems and repeatable creative frameworks

Strong collaborator who can bridge creative, production and marketing teams

Comfortable working from creative ideation through execution alongside producers and agency partners

Passionate about K-Music, including K-Pop and the broader Korean music landscape, with a strong understanding of fandom culture and what resonates with audiences

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly in cross-functional and global environments

Experience in music, entertainment, media, agencies or digital platforms is a strong plus
