Deine Aufgaben
Ganzheitliche Verantwortung für Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Projekten
Organisation und Kontrolle der Baustellenabläufe
Führung und Koordination von Personal und Projekten
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Umweltstandards
Erstellung von Offerten, Baustellenberichten und Dokumentationen
Pflege der Kommunikation mit Auftraggebern, Subunternehmern und Behörden
Dein Profil
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bauwesen (Bauführer, Polier mit gleichwertiger Qualifikation)
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Strassen-/Tiefbau mit ersten Erfahrungen in der Bauführung
Versierte Umgang mit MS Office und gängiger Bau-Software (AVA-Programme, SAP)
Analytische Denkweise, unternehmerisches Handeln, sicheres und überzeugendes Auftreten
Führerausweis Kat. B
