Für unseren Kunden, ein führendes Unternehmen im Bereich Hoch- und Tiefbau aus dem Rheintal, suchen wir zur Verstärkung des Teams nach Vereinbarung einen:
Polier Hochbau
Ihre Aufgaben
\- Optimierung und Planung von Bauabläufen
\- Führung, Koordinierung und Organistion der Baustelle
\- Austausch mit Bauführern und Bauherren
\- Aktive Mitarbeit auf der Baustelle
\- Betreuung und Führung des Baustellenpersonals
\- Zuständig für Arbeitssicherheit, Ordnung und Sauberkeit
## Anforderungsprofil ##
Sie bringen mit
\- Abgeschlossene Berufslehre als Maurer, Strassenbauer oder Tiefbauer
\- Weiterbildung als Bauvorarbeiter oder Baupolier
\- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Polier mit sehr gutem Fachwissen
\- Kommunikative, kundenorientierte und teamfähige Persönlichkeit
\- Flexibel, leistungsbereit und belastbar
