Für ein führendes Unternehmen im Bereich Gebäudehülle suchen wir per sofort zwei erfahrene Bauführer Flachdach für eine Festanstellung im Kanton Zürich und Aargau
Ihre Aufgaben
Vorbereitung und Organisation der Bauarbeiten
Leitung und Koordination von Baustellen
Erstellung von Ausmassen sowie Abwicklung der Abrechnung
Durchführung von Nachkalkulationen
Überwachung von Terminen und Kosten
Sicherstellung und Kontrolle der Qualitätsstandards
Ihr Profil
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Gebäudehülle
Zusätzliche Qualifikation als Bauführer wünschenswert
Ausgeprägte Teamorientierung sowie hohe Anpassungsfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
Kompetenz in der Führung und Motivation von Mitarbeitenden
