Formation mécanique, microtechnique ou jugée équivalente
Expérience en frappe / étampage, découpe ou soudage
Expérience en gestion d'équipe ou fort leadership terrain
Aptitude à participer aux mises en train et aux réglages machines
Rigueur, organisation, communication et orientation qualité / sécurité
