Floor Supervisor Staff Housing (m/f/d) - Badrutt-s Palace Hotel

**Your key responsibilities**

* You lead and motivate a team of up to 5 employees with confidence and flair.

* Ensuring impeccable cleaning and maintenance standards across up to 300 staff rooms or 150 holiday apartments is a key part of your role.

* Within the assigned staff areas of the hotel, you ensure outstanding levels of cleanliness and order at all times.

* As a skilled organiser, you oversee linen management and small inventory, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

* Close collaboration with the Technical Services and Human Resources departments enables you to maintain the highest standards of service quality.

* By actively participating in team training sessions, you contribute to the continuous development of our cleaning standards.

**What you bring to the job**

For this varied and exciting position, you ideally bring the following qualifications and qualities:

* A completed professional qualification in hospitality, combined with relevant work experience, provides the ideal foundation for this role.

* Previous leadership experience has given you the confidence to support the management of a team.

* Good spoken English and Italian skills are required, while knowledge of German is considered an advantage.

* Confident computer skills enable you to handle your daily tasks efficiently.

* A high level of initiative, commitment, and reliability characterises your way of working.

* Your strong sense of quality is complemented by excellent attention to detail.

* With a confident and professional appearance, you demonstrate excellent manners and interpersonal skills.

**Our offer**

* Permanent full-time position in St. Moritz.

* Average 5-day working week with 43.5 working hours.
