Main tasks

• Leading the workshop team (10 people)

* Assigning and coordinating orders

* Supporting customer service with technical concerns, including customer contact

* Creating diagnoses

* Preparing technical enquiries

* Handling and solving technical problems

* Assisting with repair and service work

* If interested, assisting with breakdown service

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship as an automotive mechatronics technician or automotive specialist
• Independent, reliable and precise working method

* Desire to develop further

• Resilient and a team player

* No age limit
