* Selbstständiges Lesen und Umsetzen von Bauplänen
* Führung und Koordination einer kleinen Gruppe von Mitarbeitern
* Überwachung der Bauvorgänge und Sicherstellung der Qualität
* Unterstützung des Teams bei Schalungsarbeiten
**Ihr Profil:**
* Erfahrung als Schaler sowie Erfahrung in der Vorarbeiterposition
* Fähigkeit, Baupläne zu lesen und zu interpretieren
* Führungsstärke und Organisationstalent
* Flexibilität und Mobilität für lange Einsätze
* Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
