You can expect the following

Model-based cost planning and control across all service phases in accordance with HOAI

Analysis of budget requirements and preparation of framework, control, and detailed schedules

Preparation and execution of tenders

Commercial/technical review and evaluation of offers

Development of procurement strategies and participation in negotiations

Opportunities to gain insights and practical experience in site supervision/construction supervision

You bring along

Degree in Architecture, Civil or Industrial Engineering

Several years of experience in cost planning, tendering, and scheduling

Experience in model-based cost planning and tendering desirable

Fluent German and good English skills
