**Bauleiter (m/w)**
**Ihre Herausforderungen:**
* Bauleitung vor Ort
* Erstellung von Bauprogrammen
* Devisierungsarbeiten
* Durchführung von Besprechungen mit der Bauherrschaft, Handwerkern sowie Behörden
* Kostenkontrolle
* Bei Bedarf Unterstützung in der Projektleitung
**Ihr Profil:**
* Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Bauleiter
* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zeichner Fachrichtung Architektur und/oder TS - Hochbau
* Die Fähigkeit, kritische Schnittstellen zwischen Planung und Ausführung frühzeitig zu erkennen
* Offene und durchsetzungsstarke Kommunikationsfähigkeit
* Zielführende Koordinationsfähigkeiten
* Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
* Belastbarkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
* Fundierte Fachkenntnisse in der Projektplanung mit ArchiCad
