\- Organiser et superviser les activités quotidiennes des équipes paysagistes
\- Accompagner, former et développer les collaborateurs sur le terrain
\- Assurer le suivi des heures de travail et la gestion des ressources
\- Gérer les approvisionnements, le matériel et les stocks
\- Maintenir une relation de proximité avec les clients et garantir leur satisfaction
\- Participer à l'élaboration des offres, devis et autres tâches administratives liées au mandat
\- CFC paysagiste ou formation équivalente
\- Expérience dans la gestion d'équipe de paysagistes (minimum 6 personnes)
\- Expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de minimum 5 ans
\- Maîtrise du français parlé et écrit
\- Maîtrise des outils informatiques (MS Office)
\- Planification du travail structurée, organisation méthodique et méthode de travail autonome
\- Orientation clientèle marquée
