SUPERVISORY PLANNER AND ESTIMATOR

You will provide input to the Division Director for the annual budget and determine Branch long term and short-term staffing requirements in accordance with fluctuating workloads.

You will understand and solve problems.

You will act as the Depot resident expert and spokesperson for ISR Planning and Evaluation issues.

Although a specific length of time and experience is not required for most trade and labor occupations, you must show through experience and training that you possess the quality level of knowledge and skill necessary to perform the duties of the position at the level for which you are applying.

Performing at the journey-level in at least one of the following aviation trade designator: Aircraft Electronics, Sheetmetal Mechanic, Aircraft Engine Mechanic, Machinist, Electronics Mechanic and Aircraft Mechanic. 2. Planning and scheduling work accordingly, based on the employee's ability and capability to maximize efficiency. 3.

Providing technical assistance and guidance in order to resolve work related problems. 4. Establishing plans, policies, methods and procedures for all elements to establish quality and quantity of work produced. 5.

Identifying the proper rework, repair, overhaul, manufacturing procedures and work schedules used in processing aircraft, engines and aircraft components in order to evaluate candidates. 6. Reorganizing labor, tooling and equipment to balance the workload and maximize command priorities.
