- Prüfung und Beurteilung von Projekten in der Akquisitionsphase
- Bearbeiten von Submissionen, Erstellen von Devis und Offerten
- Verhandlungsführung mit Bauherrschaften, Bauleitungen und Lieferanten
- Unterstützung unserer jungen Bauführer und Begleitung der Projekte bis hin zur Nachkalkulation
- Bearbeitung, Kalkulation und Definition der Prozesse von BIM-Projekten
- Verfassen von technischen Berichten, Erstellen von Konzepten
- und Bauprogrammen
Ihr Profil
- Sie sind Bauingenieur/in, Bautechniker/in oder Bauführer/in mit entsprechendem Leistungsausweis, idealerweise waren Sie bereits als Kalkulator/in tätig
- Organisationstalent und ein stark ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln prägen Ihre selbstständige Handlungsweise
- Sie optimieren und leiten Projekte und Arbeitsabläufe effizient und sind motiviert, projektbezogene Teams zu leiten
- Kommunikative Stärken sowie die Fähigkeit, Problemstellungen proaktiv, ruhig und lösungsorientiert zu begegnen machen Sie zu einem kompetenten Vertreter unserer Unternehmung
- Sie sind IT-affin und idealerweise versiert mit Abacus, CAD o.ä. und Office 365
