Bid Coordinator and Estimator (Painting)
Schedule: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm ET (Eastern Time)
Responsibilities
Provide pre-construction support
Coordinate bids and managing document control
Create bid scope sheet
Organize RFPs
Put together submittal sheets and finish schedules
Contact suppliers and subcontractors for pricing via phone or email
Verify subcontractor quotes against takeoff quantities
Send out proposals
Requirements
Degree in Architecture
Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral
Experience with painting and wall coverings
Proficient in Planswift (required) or zzTakeoff
Strong ability to read plans and specifications
Commercial painting experience (required)
