## Job Description ##

* Ensure the company meets all legal and regulatory requirements by developing and overseeing compliance programs.

* Administer compliance processes (e.g., Know Your Customer onboarding, whistleblowing hotline, investigations).

* Lead compliance training and awareness initiatives for staff.

* Conduct audits, monitor compliance, and report findings to stakeholders.

* Maintain and improve compliance records, liaise with regulatory bodies, and update programs as needed.

## Qualifications ##

* University degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field; compliance certification is a plus.

* 5+ years- compliance experience, ideally in engineering, construction, or renewable energy.

* Fluent English required; German strongly preferred; other languages are an asset.

* Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

* Proficient with compliance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
