Legal and Compliance Manager (100%) (Ref. 2783\)Permanent role \- Fluent in German and English \- Zurich

This position offers a broad and diverse scope of responsibility across legal, compliance, governance, and business\-related topics, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on strategic and operational activities. You will collaborate closely with colleagues from Commercial, Market Access, Public Affairs, Procurement, Quality, Pharmacovigilance, IT, and other key functions while supporting decision\-making across the organization.

Your main tasks

Provide legal and compliance advice to internal stakeholders on business\-critical matters.

Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial and operational agreements.

Support the implementation and continuous improvement of compliance programs, policies, and governance frameworks.

Contribute to risk assessments, monitoring activities, audits, and remediation initiatives.

Partner with business teams to enable compliant and effective execution of strategic projects and initiatives.

Develop and deliver training sessions and awareness programs related to ethics, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Drive process optimization and support the adoption of innovative digital solutions and new ways of working.

Your profile

Swiss Master of Law degree (MLaw) or an equivalent legal qualification.

2–5 years of professional experience in legal and/or compliance functions.

Prior exposure to commercial agreements and cross\-functional stakeholder engagement is highly desirable.

Experience within a regulated environment is considered a plus.

Knowledge of Swiss and European legal and compliance frameworks relevant to the pharmaceutical sector would be advantageous.

Strong learning agility, with the ability to rapidly acquire expertise and adapt across a broad range of subject matters

Fluent in German and English; French is considered an advantage.
