Join our international Operations team and help ensure that our Digital Solutions portfolio remains compliant with global regulatory requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across R&D, Product Management, Quality, Legal and external regulatory authorities to support compliance, homologation, and regulatory strategy activities worldwide.

Your main responsibilities

Monitor and support compliance with global standards, regulations and homologation requirements;

Lead or contribute to international regulatory implementation projects;

Partner with Quality and Technical Compliance teams to minimize regulatory risks;

Support structured problem-solving activities and compliance investigations;

Represent Continental in interactions with regulatory authorities, certification bodies and industry working groups;

Drive process improvements and support the maintenance of regulatory documentation and processes.

University degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or other related field.

3+ years of professional experience in Regulatory Affairs, Product Development, Process Management, or a similar area;

Experience leading cross-functional projects in an international environment;

Knowledge of standards and regulations, certification processes, homologation and/or technical compliance;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

Advanced Power BI and automation skills are highly valued;

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across cultures and functions;

Proficient English language skills (written and verbal);

Availability for international travels (up to 15%).
