Based in Pennsylvania, we are seeking a strategic remote hire in the state of New York to support regional growth across this targeted state market. This role is ideal for a senior-level civil/site engineer who has progressed through hands-on technical work and is ready to leverage that experience in a client-facing, growth-oriented position.

You will act as a senior technical representative in-market , helping expand our presence, win new work, and support client relationships – while remaining fully remote and closely integrated with our internal teams.

Qualifications include

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

P.E. a plus

Approximately 8+ years of professional experience (mid- to senior-level)

Hands-on experience including, but not limited to

Civil/site design

Grading

Civil 3D

Demonstrated technical credibility to support client-facing activities

A career path that reflects having “come up through the ranks”

Highly self-driven and self-starting

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Able to balance client relationships, technical execution (with internal support), and eventually business development activities

Participation in weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings

Approximately 15 standing meetings throughout the year
